12One continuous job
Four stages, one place. Nothing moves to a second tool halfway through — and the money arrives before the files do.
Collect the originals yourself, save a source link, or send a client upload link that needs no account. JPEG, PNG, TIFF, HEIC and camera RAW — CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, DNG, RAF, ORF — all go through.
Upload your edited images and the watermarked proofing gallery builds itself. The client does the online proofing: favourites, image selection, per-image correction notes.
Nothing unlocks before the money is in. Store your bank details, PayPal link and Bitcoin address once — each becomes a payment button in every client gallery, and the client pays you directly.
A secure, expiring download link releases the full resolution files — single images or the whole set as one zip.
Inside the client gallery
One link, no account, nothing to install. Favourites, notes on the image itself, selection and payment sit in the same view — and land in your dashboard as they happen.
All 54 images are pre-selected — deselect any you don’t want, then approve and pay to receive the rest without watermark.

Who builds it
Our own studio hands over paid photo jobs with it every week. Nothing reaches this page before it has survived one of our own invoices.
Every step here runs our own client jobs first — same proofs, same payment gate, same delivery link.
European servers. Originals never publicly reachable, every download link signed and expiring.
No yearly contract, no setup fee. Run one job, decide afterwards, cancel in the dashboard.
Kavala, GreeceA working photo retouching studio — not a venture-funded platform looking for photographers to test on.
Pricing
No annual lock-in, nothing held back — every tier carries the full workflow, Free included. What changes: projects at once, storage, and whose logo the client sees.
Try it on one real client job.
For photographers and editors delivering every month.
For studios that want the client side to feel like their own.
Add-ons stay simple: +250 GB storage for €3/mo.
Studio plan
Free and Pro use the neutral Handover.photo layout. Studio uses your logo and your colours — your client never learns which tool you used. Three euros a month more than Pro.
Choose StudioYour rates, your rules
We never set what your images are worth. Pick one method per studio, override it on any single job — the gallery shows your client what their selection costs.
One agreed price for the whole job, whatever the image count ends up being.
Set your rate per photo. The gallery multiplies it by what the client actually selects.
Cheaper the more they take — up to 20 images one price, up to 50 another, above that a third.
Show no figure at all and quote the client yourself.

Questions
No. Clients open a secure link to upload their files, review the previews, leave notes and download the final images. There is no signup, no password and no app to install. Only the studio has an account.
Yes — that is the whole point of Handover.photo. The final files stay locked until the payment is confirmed. You store your own bank details, PayPal link and Bitcoin address once — each one you fill in becomes a payment button in the client gallery, and the client pays you directly. You confirm the money arrived, and the download unlocks the same second.
Clients only ever see watermarked previews at reduced resolution. The watermark is added on the server, not as an overlay in the browser, so it cannot be removed with developer tools. Originals and unwatermarked files are never publicly reachable, and every link is signed and expires.
Messengers and mail attachments recompress your files. Handover.photo passes yours through untouched. The client reviews watermarked previews at reduced resolution, and after payment downloads the exact full resolution files you uploaded — individually or as one zip.
Yes. Clients mark favourites, select the images they actually want delivered, and approve the round. You see the selection in the dashboard, so you know exactly which files to prepare instead of guessing from an email.
The client leaves a note on the individual image instead of writing an email about "the third photo". You see every request in the dashboard, upload the new version, and the client reviews the same gallery again. There is no limit on the number of rounds.
Yes, and four ways. A flat price for the whole project. A price per image that multiplies by whatever the client selects. Tiered pricing that gets cheaper the more images they take. Or price on request, which shows no figure at all. You set one method for the studio and can override it on any single project.
Yes. The client upload link takes JPEG, PNG, TIFF, WebP and HEIC, plus camera RAW from every common body — CR2, CR3, CRW, NEF, NRW, ARW, DNG, RAF, ORF, RW2, PEF, SRW and more. Up to 50 MB per file. Your edited images go back as JPEG, PNG, TIFF or WebP.
No. A file transfer service moves large files and stops there. Handover.photo is photo proofing software with the payment step built in: watermarked proofing gallery, favourites, image selection, correction rounds, payment, and a secure expiring download link for the full resolution finals. The transfer is the smallest part of it.
On the Studio plan the client side uses your logo and your colours, so the gallery looks like part of your studio rather than a third-party tool. Free and Pro use the neutral Handover.photo layout.
Free is 0 EUR per month with one active project and 2 GB storage. Pro is 9 EUR per month with 10 active projects and 250 GB. Studio is 12 EUR per month with unlimited projects, 500 GB and your own logo and colours on the client side. Extra storage is 3 EUR per 250 GB per month. Every tier includes the full workflow — watermarked previews, client review, approvals and zip download. There is no annual lock-in.
A file link hands the images over and hopes the invoice follows. Handover.photo keeps the job in one place: the client selects and approves images, asks for corrections, pays, and only then receives the full quality files. You stop chasing payments after delivery.
Commercial and real estate photographers, product and e-commerce shooters, hospitality and hotel photographers, architectural and interior work, and the retouching studios delivering to them. Anywhere a client approves images and pays for digital files, Handover.photo fits. It focuses on that one job rather than on selling prints and albums.
